Typically if someone cannot make a session and there is longer than 24 hours notice Zoey is able to move the call to a different timeĀ within the week.
However, if there is no possibility of moving the session it will be recorded on Zoom and available to watch or listen to within 24 hours.
The CoachingĀ Sessions will be heldĀ on Tuesdays at 4:00Ā PM Pacific / 7:00 PMĀ Eastern time.Ā
The group coachingĀ sessions will be held on Zoom audio.Ā
YES!Ā You will receive weekly coaching from Zoey inside of the Mastermind container (20-30 minutes of power coaching) as well as guidance and reflections within the group chat.Ā
There will be a total of 3 participants welcomed into the container.
